- I stand behind my products and work 100%.
- I will either replace or refund non-custom items if you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase from me, simply return it for a full refund during this time including domestic shipping.
- All returns must be in original condition including original packaging (if any).
- I will email you beforehand on all custom engraving for your approval.
- All sales of CUSTOM work once approved are final if the item has already been engraved. I offer replacements for damaged items or incorrect items, otherwise no returns of product will be accepted unless there is an error on my part.
- All sales are safely handled via Pay Pal for your peace of mind.
- Domestic orders are delivered for a flat fee of $5.95 via Priority Mail
