- We will either replace or refund non-custom items if you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply return it for a full refund during this time including domestic shipping.
- All returns must be in original condition including original packaging (if any).
- We will email you beforehand on all custom engraving for your approval.
- All sales of CUSTOM work once approved are final. We offer replacements for damaged items or incorrect items, otherwise no returns of product will be accepted unless there is an error on our part.
- All of our sales are safely handled via Pay Pal for your peace of mind.
- Domestic orders are delivered for a flat fee of $5.95 via Priority Mail
